Neymar donates $1 million to combat coronavirus pandemic

PSG’s forward Neymar donates combat pandemic. Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has donated $1 million.

The Donation is to help combat the Covid-19 or coronavirus outbreak in his native Brazil.

The funds were divided between the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and a charity campaign.

The television presenter Luciano Huck launched it, Xinhua reported citing Brazilian TV network SBT.

Huck announced the fundraising drive for the needy last week with the backing of other celebrities.

Huck proposed to celebrities such as Neymar and dual world surfing champion Gabriel Medina.

One of The world’s highest-paid footballers is Neymar.

The reportedly earning is three million euros ($3.2 million) a month at Paris Saint-Germain.
